Partnership Talents is an initiative to encourage local communities and organisations to work together to bring down crime and the fear of crime in the city of Plymouth.

The concept is simple – Partnership Talents makes funds available to those initiatives that have the potential to make a real difference in our community. All that is asked in return is that those running the initiatives secure additional funding and support from other local organisations that matches the Talents contribution.

The Talents approach assists the sustainability of these initiatives and is geared towards advancing our citywide locality working strategy and helps build effective communication across agencies and their partners.
