Getting Involved

The Talents initiative takes its name from the parable of the talents in which a number of “employees” were given small amounts of cash (talents) but later, and importantly, had to account for its use. Partnership Talents takes the same double edged approach; colleagues are given a resource with minimal conditions but are held to account by presenting their achievements to the steering group and partner organisations
